Solutions Architect – Dynamics 365 F&O

This role sits at the heart of a major global ERP transformation, shaping the architecture behind a rapidly evolving enterprise platform used across multiple regions. You will act as the highest technical authority for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, defining scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions across a complex international landscape. Working across the Americas, EMEA, and other global markets, you will translate business needs into robust architectural strategies that support long-term growth. The environment is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional teams, external partners, and global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures. You will influence integration strategy, system design, and platform evolution while ensuring consistency, performance, and governance at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on architecture role for someone who thrives in solving complex enterprise challenges.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design and governance of a global ERP architecture, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical execution across a multi-region environment:

• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O across global deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, bridging gaps between stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams.
• Lead integration architecture across multiple systems (including Salesforce, SnapLogic, and other enterprise platforms), ensuring seamless data flows.
• Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for ERP design and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation phases, including design reviews, code governance, and solution validation.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities, manage upgrade planning, and ensure alignment with evolving ERP best practices.
• Serve as escalation point for complex architectural challenges across global teams and support critical go-live events when needed.

Requirements

This position requires deep ERP architecture expertise, strong technical leadership, and experience delivering large-scale global Dynamics 365 F&O implementations:

• 12+ years of experience in ERP architecture, design, and large-scale system implementation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including multi-module (finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing) implementations.
• Strong experience designing enterprise integration landscapes and managing multi-system data flows in global environments.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
• Experience working across global teams and delivering ERP solutions in multi-country or multi-region environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications required; enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
