Solution Consultant, Americas (Sales, Faith-based market)

Our team is seeking an energetic, tenacious Solutions Consultant with 5+ years of EdTech or SaaS sales experience, ideally within faith-based environments. Solutions Consultant is a full-cycle sales role. In this position, you will own part of our Americas sales region focused on faith-based schools and networks, winning new clients and driving cross-sell into existing accounts with support from our marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales and growth: manage the end-to-end sales process for faith-based schools and networks, from pipeline generation through close
• Sales outreach: complete engagement outreach and pipeline follow-up with thoughtful strategy, purposeful segmentation, and appropriate urgency
• Pipeline development: cultivate new opportunities and maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline
• Client engagement: conduct online and in-person demonstrations for schools, articulating value propositions persuasively and exhibiting empathy for customers' jobs to be done
• Consultative selling: understand the specific needs of faith-based curriculum and operations leaders and recommend tailored solutions
• Relationship building: establish and maintain strong relationships with school and network decision-makers
• CRM management: keep Salesforce data updated, ensuring a clear view of pipeline and activity
• Team collaboration: work closely with marketing and internal sales support to design campaigns that support pipeline growth
• Industry insight: stay informed on trends in faith-based education and curriculum publishing
• Cross-functional collaboration: contribute to the broader mission of Faria Education Group by working closely with other teams
• Represent Faria at conferences and within faith-based education communities
• Sales targets: achieve sales goals in line with agreed-upon timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in sales or account management, with a preference for EdTech or SaaS
• Experience selling into or working with faith-based schools, networks, or curriculum providers strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Zoom, Google Docs; exposure to Jira, Zendesk, Power BI, HubSpot, Basecamp a plus)
• Ability to work across different time zones
• Valid passport and willingness to travel (40%+)
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
