This is not a sales job. You're not closing deals — you're opening doors.

We're looking for outgoing people who can get in front of homeowners and set up a sit-down. That's it. Someone else on our team handles the actual sale. You bring the appointment, you get paid.

We're open minded to ideas

How you get paid:

• $100 for every qualified sit-down — as long as it's with the actual homeowner and they're on the title.
• $1,500–$2,000 on top of that once the deal closes and our closer gets it signed.

No cap on how many sit-downs you bring us. The more you set, the more you make.

What this is:
This is an affiliate/independent partner role, not an employee sales position. You're not on a script, you're not hitting a quota, and you're not reporting to a sales floor. You're bringing us qualified homeowners — how you do that is up to you.

Pay Is weekly

Who we're looking for:

• People who already understand this kind of pay-per-result / affiliate structure, or
• People who don't have that background but are outgoing, comfortable approaching strangers, and think they can figure it out

We'll help where it's needed — you're not left to sink or swim alone — but this works best for people who bring their own hustle.

Where: Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Burbank, and surrounding areas.
