Position Details
- Provide remote and on-site training to new and existing customers
- Provide customer support to existing customers via email and phone
- Log all customer support requests/issues into CRM software
- Testing of new product releases
- Update software manuals and documentation
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Demonstrated experience training in a remote or on-site environment
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience both verbally and written
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
