Job Description
Job Summary:
This role involves assisting Nsight's Software Engineering team with a variety of projects, focusing on developing business solutions using technologies such as C#.NET, Java, Jakarta EE, and WildFly. The intern will participate in design discussions, code, test software, and take direction from senior engineers. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field and must be based in the Green Bay area for the duration of the internship.
This is an on-premise position located in Green Bay, we do not offer any relocation reimbursements.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in developing business solutions using C#.NET, Java, Jakarta EE, WildFly, and other technologies.
- Participate in design discussions with the software engineering team.
- Code, test, and debug software tasks as assigned by senior engineers.
- Follow guidance from Sr. Software Engineers or the Manager of Software Engineering.
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed to support ongoing projects.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn technologies such as C#.NET, Java, and Jakarta EE.
- Background or experience in telecommunications or electronics preferred.
- Must be located in the Green Bay area during the internship (no sponsorship offered).
Ideal candidates are students pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with a passion for software development and a willingness to learn, who are located in the Green Bay area.
