- Provide counseling and emotional support to clients facing various social, emotional, or behavioral issues
- Connect clients with community resources, services, and support networks
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist with navigating complex systems such as healthcare, housing, and social services
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with organizational policies
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable)
- Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
