Social Media & Growth Manager
We’re looking for someone to help grow the community around Escape Hatch, a multiplayer game where players build and solve custom escape rooms: https://escapehatch.gg
You’ll create and manage social content, engage with gaming and escape-room communities, recruit new players and creators, and test practical ways to increase sign-ups and activity.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience growing a game, app or online community
- Strong social media and short-form content skills
- Comfortable with outreach, partnerships and community engagement
- Organized, proactive and results-focused
- You must provide some examples of posts or videos you helped go viral
