About the Role:Join Guardians Fc as a Soccer Coach and inspire young athletes to develop their skills in a fun and energetic environment! We are looking for passionate individuals who love soccer and enjoy working with children to create a positive and engaging experience on the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead soccer training sessions for children
- Teach fundamental soccer skills in a fun and engaging manner.
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on progress.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and tournaments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the field is ready for each session.
- Stay updated on coaching techniques and child development practices.
Requirements:
- Previous coaching or teaching experience, preferably with young children.
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and techniques.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive demeanor.
