Responsibilities:
- Responsible for your own safety and the safety of your fellow employees and guests
- Responsible for the safety of Bristol Mountain’s vehicles, equipment, infrastructure, and tools
- Maintain and groom mountain skiing surfaces to finest level possible
- Ability to learn how to operate all Bristol Mountain grooming equipment and basic mountain operations
- Manual labor in other grooming and slope maintenance work
- Maintain good working relationship and open communication with co-workers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid US driver's license with no restrictions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to climb on and off vehicles/heavy equipment frequently
- Able to sit for extended periods of time (10 hrs.) while operating a snow cat
- Season long commitment (November 2019 April 2020)
Hours:
- Hours of employment are dependent on business demands; overnight shifts required
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Starting Rate: $20.00/hr.

Our 1200’ vertical rise allows Bristol Mountain to reign as the highest vertical between the Adirondack/Laurentian Mountains of the east and the Rocky Mountains of the west. There are 138 acres of total skiable terrain, including 3 km of Nordic trails. Views from the summit and the 35 slopes and trails are breathtaking and provide a variety of inclines for every skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert. During our night operating season, 96% of our trails have lighting. To assure our skiers and snowboarders of the best possible snow conditions, Bristol Mountain is proud of its state-of-the-art snowmaking system which covers 100% of the terrain.
In 2014 Bristol Mountain added an Aerial Adventure Park, which includes a Zipline Canopy Tour, 7+ Adventure Courses, and a Kids Adventure Park. In addition to fun Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures offers a one of a kind group and team bonding experience whether you are planning a corporate retreat or a team get together.
