Responsibilities

Works with the school’s cafeteria team to serve students healthy, tasty meals.

• Assists in preparing foods by following recipes and instructions to ensure quality and freshness
• Operates various machinery and equipment to prepare food
• Sets up and maintains serving lines and serves students
• Practices food safety
• Provides quality customer service to students
• Cleans and maintains kitchen
• Performs other related duties as required

Must be willing and able to:

• Work with a sense of urgency
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Follow instructions
• Work well with other team members
• Crosstrain as needed
• Clean, including regular cleaning tasks and periodic deep clean projects
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED not required

Shift: 5.75 hours a day

Eligible for prorated leave benefits after one

   year of employment

Compensation:

Grade A
