SM Service Porter

Job Details: Job Location: Seattle MINI - Seattle, WA, Salary Range: $21.30 - $25.00Hourly, As a Service Porter at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will support the service team by ensuring smooth vehicle movement and a welcoming environment for customers. You will handle vehicles with care, maintain the dealership’s appearance, and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with their vehicle needs. 

Safely move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lots, and wash bays. 

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas. 

Perform light vehicle cleaning and preparation as needed. 

Assist with vehicle delivery to customers after service is complete. 

Shuttle customers to / from the dealership, work, or home as needed.  

Monitor and maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service process. 

Support the service team by retrieving parts, supplies, or tools as required. 

Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage and report any findings to the service team. 

Ensure keys are properly stored and accounted for. 

Qualifications: Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission. 

Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

Excellent customer service and communication abilities. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. 

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
