What You’ll Do

Complete a comprehensive, hands-on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs
Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Create a welcoming and engaging in-store environment
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom
Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

✔ Retail sales or leadership experience preferred (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS, but not required)
✔ Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
✔ Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
✔ Strong communication and active listening skills
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
