What You’ll Do

• Complete skilled nursing visits and patient assessments

• Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions

• Monitor patient progress and changes in condition

• Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team

• Complete required clinical documentation

• Travel between patient visits

We work with Medicaid and private-pay patients, so NO OASIS documentation is required.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience

• Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings preferred

• Active Texas RN license in good standing

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
