Job Details: Job Location: Health Center - Franklin, IN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking for a skilled and organized Nursing Scheduler to join our Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care units.
Compass Park is a beautiful 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County, adjacent to Indianapolis. Our vibrant community offers a welcoming environment throughout all seasons, with mature trees, winding footpaths, and a variety of services and amenities for our residents. This position is located in Franklin, Indiana.
General Responsibilities
Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when handling supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate staffing data and records as required by regulations.
Develop and maintain schedules for nursing department personnel while adapting to changes and staffing needs.
Fill open shifts and scheduling needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate and interact with staff in a respectful, professional, and appropriate manner.
Assist residents with banking needs as assigned.
Assist with the employee onboarding process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Two years of college or equivalent education preferred.
Valid LPN license or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) license required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or other healthcare setting required, with experience in nursing staff scheduling and quality control preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a compassionate and dependable professional with a positive, outgoing personality and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
