Skilled Home Health | PRN
Tulia & Hereford, TX | $30 per visit + incentives | Weekly Pay
BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking an LVN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Tulia, Hereford, and nearby communities.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Reinforce care instructions with patients and families
- Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
- Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
What You’ll Need
- Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Skilled home health experience preferred, but not required
- Wound care experience is a plus
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
