PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Skier Services Support Agent is responsible for managing student enrollment verification and group organization for ski school operations. They verify that all enrolled students possess valid lesson and lift tickets corresponding to their designated ski program and date. They create group classes using a handheld device by scanning student lesson tickets, ski instructor IDs, and GPS tags. They are also responsible for organizing groups according to program type, ski ability level, and assigned hot chocolate and lunch locations/times. Finally, they maintain the cleanliness and organization of Snow Park Lodge and Plaza while providing exceptional guest service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Navigate the flaik application on handheld and desktop devices
• Perform duties across various indoor and outdoor locations
• Verify class lists and make manual adjustments as needed between DVSS and flaik applications
• Ensure the class information and data imports correctly
• Assist instructors with critical situations, questions, and flaik user login/password issues
• Ensure scanning equipment is functioning properly and ready for use
• Provide assistance with questions and resort information
• Maintain Snow Park Lodge and Plaza areas in a clean and organized condition
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum 18 years of age 
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions for various time periods
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Available 7 days a week – work 5 days, 4 – 8 hours per day, based on business needs
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications)
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and follow through
• Organized, motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude during high-stress times
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:  

• Mid-November to Mid-April
• Only Part Time positions available

PAY RATE: 

• $20.00 per hour
