💰 Pay Rate: $56/hr
🏨 Per Diem: $150/day (Travelers)
🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month
💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week

The Site Safety Representative will provide daily field safety oversight for roofing and exterior construction activities while working directly with project leadership, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe completion of critical project milestones.

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 30 Certification
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of construction safety experience
✔ Experience supporting roofing, exterior, or elevated work activities
✔ Knowledge of fall protection requirements and safe work practices
✔ Experience conducting field inspections and hazard assessments
✔ Ability to maintain a visible and proactive field presence

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Multi-Story Construction Experience
⭐ Fall Protection Competent Person Training
⭐ Commercial Construction Safety Experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for roofing and exterior construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor fall protection systems and elevated work activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation and compliance records
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
