Summary

Radwell International is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Repair Supervisor to lead daily production, repair, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities at our Georgia facility. This role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, team development, and operational excellence while ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys developing people, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This position works closely with site leadership to support business objectives, improve performance, and ensure operational success across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide daily direction to Technicians, Specialists, and Support Staff across production and warehouse operations
• Coordinate staffing, workload priorities, and operational workflow to ensure efficient movement of work through the facility
• Monitor team performance, operational metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and company policies
• Promote a safety-first culture and proactively address workplace safety concerns
• Monitor production quality and identify opportunities to improve operational performance
• Support inventory accuracy, parts management, and material flow throughout the facility
• Identify bottlenecks, aging work orders, and operational challenges while implementing corrective actions
• Communicate staffing, equipment, operational, and workflow concerns to site leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to maintain customer service expectations
• Assist with customer escalations and operational issue resolution
• Maintain accurate operational records and system documentation
• Support special projects, business initiatives, and operational priorities as assigned
• Serve as a leadership resource in the absence of the Operations Manager when required

Education and Experience

• Associate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in production, operations, repair, warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-focused environments preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical, manufacturing, or service environment preferred
• Industrial automation, electronics, or technical product knowledge is a plus
• Experience managing operational metrics, productivity, quality, and employee performance preferred

Work Schedule

This is an exempt leadership position. Standard business hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, this role supports operations that may extend beyond normal business hours. Additional hours, evenings, or weekends may be required based on business needs, projects, employee support, and operational priorities.

Work Environment

This position operates within both office and production environments. Employees regularly interact with warehouse, repair, inventory, and operational teams while supporting daily production activities. Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility are required. Employees must wear company-issued identification and Radwear apparel as required and comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required.
