Job Description
In search of
Part-time Silver Sneakers Exercise Instructor who can teach at the Schalmo Family YMCA in Canal Fulton, OH
- Every other Monday morning for two classes
- Every Tuesday morning
- Able to fill in at the Schalmo Family YMCA and Paul & Carol David YMCA(Jackson Township) as needed
Starting rate
$11.00 - $16.00
Qualifications
- Willing to specialize in the Senior population, training provided
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
- Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency
- Able to teach multiple formats, preferred
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
- Serve as a good role model
- Communicate with team members
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
