What You'll Do
As an LPN with Freedom Caregivers, you will help support our non-medical home care services through caregiver oversight, caregiver training, client support, care plan development and care coordination.

Requirements
· Must have current, unrestricted LPN license in the stat of Ohio
· Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
· Must have some basic computer/tech knowledge and be able to use EMR for documentation.

Personal Care Services: Direct support with daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and hygiene.
Homemaking Services: Assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, errands, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Respite Care & Companionship: Thoughtful social engagement and emotional support, as well as crucial, flexible relief for family caregivers.
Free In-Home Assessments: Personalized evaluations conducted directly by medical professionals to identify exact care needs from day one.
Clinical Case Management: Ongoing oversight from our medical team to ensure consistent quality of care as needs evolve.
Expert Navigation: Guidance from dedicated Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to help families confidently navigate the complexities of healthcare.
