Sign Fabrication and Sign Installer

Job Details: Job Location: GRAPHIK - Lindon, UT, Salary Range: $25.00 - $32.00Hourly, We are looking for an expereince person who has skill and can demonstrate technical competence in sign fabrication and in sign installation.  We are in need of a person that has the skill, ability and work ethic to be able to work in both the fabrication department and to also help with sign installs as needed. 

It is critical that we have an individual who has the right behavarios and abilty to work where the need is, to help with bottle necks and to have the skill to help where the biggest bottle neck is taking place.  We cannot install a sign if we cannot get it fabricated fast enough so having a skilled person who can do both is becoming more and more important. 

**It is required to have sign fabrication and sign installation experience.  Please do not apply if you do not have experience in both.  Only candiates with experience in both sign fabrication and sign installation will be considered for the job.    

**It is an additional advantage is someone also has CNC experience.  The more someone knows, the more areas they can work and the more they can exhibit the right behaviors to help the business be successful, the more money they can make.

**As an additional note, we are not offering relocation to candidates outside the area.  We are looking for local candidates to fill this role.

Qualifications: Responsibilities

Perform finishing operations such as trimming, mounting, and laminating to prepare prints for installation.
Install signs throughout the state of Utah.  There may be some overnight and multi-day travel will be required.
Coordinate with sales team, center manager, and clients to ensure installations meet their specifications and timelines.
Manage on-site installation challenges with efficient, cost-effective problem-solving skills and professionalism.
Maintain tools and equipment for installation, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and installation techniques.
Set up machines, equipment, and work area before production runs, ensuring that they are calibrated, functioning properly, and able to meet the needs of the job.
Monitor machines during production runs, checking for any issues or malfunctions and adjusting/repairing as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
Follow production schedules and workflows to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of machines and equipment.
Perform primary task as well as other tasks assigned as business requires, including (but not limited to) customer service, bindery, digital printing, shop maintenance and cleaning, answering phones, data entry, deliveries, etc..

Onsite position

Wage Range - $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience. 

We are looking for specific sign fabrication and sign installation experience.  We want to hire someone that already has the skill and experience rather than hire someone without specific experience that needs to be trained from the ground up.
