Short Form Video Editor Kids and Family Content

Overview:
We’re creating short, fun, and engaging videos featuring a young child in playful, kid-friendly settings. The content is geared toward platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on family entertainment and storytelling that resonates with children and parents alike.

What You’ll Be Editing:

• Vertical videos (9:16) for TikTok/Instagram
• Lighthearted and energetic clips featuring children
• Fun text overlays, emojis, sound effects, and upbeat music
• Simple storytelling with strong pacing and visual engagement
• Occasional light cleanup, color correction, or sound balancing

You Should Have:

• Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• A portfolio that shows creativity and relevance to family or kids content
• A strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual style
• The ability to work with raw footage and deliver polished edits on time

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics or animated text
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Previous work on kids or family-centered content
