We’re hiring a Shop Helper for our fleet service shop—someone who’s self-motivated, hardworking, and ready to be part of a great team. If you have previous truck driving or yard jockey/spotter experience, we want to hear from you!

✅ Requirements:
Flexible to work varied schedules and overtime when needed
Maintains a professional appearance and a respectful, team-focused attitude
Strong work ethic—motivated to get the job done right
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen
Committed to workplace safety
Basic computer skills for work orders and time tracking
Proficient in safely operating Yard Truck, Forklift, and Shop Truck
🧾 Licenses & Certifications:
Unrestricted driver’s license
Successful completion of 40-hours of Yard Truck Driving Course
Successful completion of a Forklift Certification Course
💼 What You’ll Do:
Wash trailers (interior/exterior) for external customers
Move and back up semi-trailers using the yard truck
Maintain a clean shop, wash bay, and fuel island
Fuel company equipment
Operate various vehicles and machinery
Follow all company and customer policies
Handle additional duties as assigned
