Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job DetailsJob Location: Everett Plant - Everett, WA 98203Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 HourlyKey Responsibilities

Double check incoming paperwork for accuracy.
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for trucks.
Organization of Shipping/Receiving documentation and paper flow
Assist with data entry (Shipping/Receiving)
Other duties as assigned by Management and Leads

Requires Qualifications/Education/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior administrative (shipping and receiving tasks) experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer skills – working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Outlook
Prior experience working with an ERP, SAP/Ross knowledge preferred
10-key by touch
Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Ability to work in an area where temperatures fluctuate.

Job Environment

Manufacturing environment – Conditions can be hot, cold and wet
Must be willing to work weekends and or holidays
