Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Shift Supervisor to join our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team, make quick decisions, and uphold our high standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a crew to deliver outstanding guest service during each shift
- Make quick, informed decisions to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Perform expo duties during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Direct staff where they are needed most to maintain a seamless guest experience
- Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and work ethic
- Enforce cash handling procedures and complete daily closeouts accurately
- Secure the building at night, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Follow up with team members to hold them accountable and support their development
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure clarity and teamwork
- Uphold personal appearance standards and company policies consistently
- Accept feedback professionally and use it as an opportunity for growth
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity at all times
