Job Details: Job Location: PCI Los Angeles CA - Los Angeles, CA, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: General Labor, We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage workflow, and maintain high standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Train and mentor staff, providing support and guidance.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field preferred.
Previous supervisory experience in [insert relevant industry].
