Lead a Team in the Unique Dining Capital of Texas
Layne's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Shift Manager for our Roanoke location. Known as the Unique Dining Capital of Texas, Roanoke attracts guests from across the region who expect great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain operational standards, and help create an exceptional guest experience every shift.
What You'll Do
- Oversee shift execution and daily operations
- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to food safety procedures
- Complete shift reports and cash management tasks
- Support staffing and scheduling needs
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain company standards throughout each shift
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Restaurant experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
