Your Role: Lead your team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive experience for every guest.

Known for handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and freshly baked pretzels, Jamba and Auntie Anne’s deliver crave-worthy favorites that make everyday moments better. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Shift Manager to help lead our team and support daily operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate Team Members during scheduled shifts
Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Prepare and serve Jamba and Auntie Anne's products according to brand standards
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently maintained
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits
Monitor staffing levels and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations
Train and coach Team Members to support performance and development
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
Support inventory management, product ordering, and waste control
Partner with management to achieve sales, labor, and operational goals

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older
Previous food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain active throughout the shift
Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems
Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems
TB clearance required, if applicable by location
