Who you are:

• Natural Leader – Someone who can motivate a team to work as a cohesive unit! 
• Problem Solver – The ability to solve problems quickly and manage conflict effectively.
• Organized Pro – A proven track record of operational organization and attention to detail.
• Coffee Expert – Proficient in all Barista responsibilities with at least 1 year of industry experience.
• Reliable & Committed – Punctual, coachable, and ready to work at least 20+ hours per week! 

What you'll do:

• Lead the Shift: Oversee operations, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing to keep the workflow smooth. 
• Coach & Train: Actively mentor Baristas, providing on-the-spot feedback and assisting in the training of new hires for success. 
• Ensure Quality: Uphold MOKA standards for beverage quality and customer service on every single order. 
• Manage Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and ordering to ensure we never run low on the good stuff. 
• Stay Accountable: Complete accurate shift reports and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shop for everyone. 

What to expect:

• Leadership Responsibility – You will report directly to the Assistant and General Managers to drive store success. 
• Fast-Paced Environment – A high-energy role where you'll be standing, moving, and multi-tasking. 
• Rain or Shine – We show up for our community 365 days a year, no matter what the forecast says!
