Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Partner Manager to expand and strengthen Acceldata’s strategic partnership with ServiceNow. The role will focus on identifying joint customer opportunities, driving adoption of Acceldata solutions for CMDB data quality challenges, and creating repeatable go-to-market motions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with ServiceNow sales, partner, and solution teams.
• Drive joint opportunity creation and customer engagement activities.
• Position Acceldata as a strategic solution for CMDB data quality and governance challenges.
• Expand existing integrations and joint value propositions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to pursue partner-led opportunities.
• Support joint marketing campaigns, webinars, workshops, and executive engagements.
• Track partner-generated pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Acceldata and ServiceNow stakeholders.

• Partner-generated opportunities.
• Partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Joint customer wins.
• Expansion of ServiceNow ecosystem engagement and adoption.

What Makes You a great fit for this role?

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem management.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales and partner motions.
• Ability to build relationships across technical, sales, and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
