What You’ll Do:

Schedule and oversee work for tire technicians, alignment technicians, and mechanics.
Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
Partner with the sales team to promote service packages and increase product movement.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment that follows all safety protocols.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3-5 years of experience in a tire service center.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
