As a Service Drive Concierge, you serve as a liaison between our service drive customers and our sales departments to help identify additional services for our clients based upon their individual needs.

We will rely on you to help in the following ways:

Reduce wait time, increase service customer satisfaction - checking in guests, coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
Work with a used car buying team through an automated process 
Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software 
Organizing various activities behind-the-scenes

Responsibilities:

Organize, greets and attend to the needs of a service drive guest
Other tasks involved in serving loyal Ford Spring Hill service customers
Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service.

Above average verbal and written communication skills
Above average technology and computer skills
Previous sales experience is a PLUS!
