The Technology Support Intern plays a key role in ensuring smooth technology operations across the organization. This hands-on position focuses on configuring, installing, and supporting user devices-including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers-while assisting with hardware refreshes and resolving daily support tickets. Ideal for tech-savvy problem solvers, this role offers exposure to enterprise IT environments and the opportunity to learn best practices in asset management and service delivery.
This internship will provide exposure to a broad range of technology areas, including Security Operations, Desktop Support, Network Operations, Development, and Data Analytics.

Schedule: Schedule is flexible, up to 20 hours per week. Position is 100% onsite at the Elmerton location.

In this position, you will

• Configure, install, and support user computing devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations) across multiple locations.
• Assist with annual PC hardware refresh and equipment lifecycle management. 
• Respond to and resolve Service Desk incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
• Coordinate equipment setup, teardown, and relocation as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

GED (Required), High School (Required)

Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
Must be a current student actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems for the duration of the internship/student worker assignment | Required
Must meet PSECU’s minimum employment eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years of age at the time of hire. | Required
