Service Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments

Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-up communication

Respond to customer leads through phone, text, email, and online inquiries

Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems

Work closely with service advisors and service management to maximize appointment show rates

Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction

Follow established call, text, and email processes

Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives

Maintain accurate records and appointment information

Qualifications: Service Customer Service Representative Qualifications

Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred

Strong phone and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and data entry skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Professional and customer-focused demeanor

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
