Major Essential Duties:
Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the goal to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule a solid and specific service reservation with the service team.
Provide clients with information pertaining to current service offerings.
Proactively contacting clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, rescheduling missed reservations, and politely reminding clients of due & overdue services.
Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience or equivalent education and experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Organization and attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends.
