Service BDC

As a Service BDC at Pines Auto Group, you will be an integral part of our service department, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will act as the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive service, assisting them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards our dealership is known for.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers regarding service reminders and confirmations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service schedules.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Promote additional services and maintenance plans as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a dealership service environment or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient in using phone systems, appointment scheduling software, and basic computer applications.
