Service and Scheduling Coordinator - Roofing

Job DetailsJob Location: Tampa, FL - Tampa, FL 33601Job Shift: DayJob Summary: Has knowledge to place orders, track and schedule roofing or siding repairs, materials and jobs.  This position tracks unfinished jobs and reschedules them accordingly.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Updates various records and Builder’s records. 
Retrieves and maintains all builder schedules from trade portal information, emails and phone calls for residential installations.
Complies a file containing information related to selections, elevations, colors and additional options, and calculates the amount of materials required to complete the job.
Orders all materials and tracks all materials through appropriate software.
Data entry
Collates project documents and works directly with all Field Supervisors.
Tracks and records information as relevant to specific jobs, communities or builders.
Schedules service requests.
Communicates professionally and efficiently with field managers, suppliers, builders, home owners and co-workers.
Provides follow-up and status updates as requested by management.
Assists and backs-up the Senior Service Coordinator as needed (if applicable).
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year of experience in office or construction industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform some travel.
Light to moderate lifting up to 15 pounds, pushing and pulling abilities.
