What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department by:

Greeting customers and building lasting relationships
Listening to customer concerns and documenting service needs
Communicating repair recommendations and service updates
Coordinating vehicle repairs with technicians and service teams
Delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish
Helping customers maintain their vehicles while building trust and loyalty
Learning the dealership service process through hands-on training and mentorship

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
CRM experience is a plus but not required
