Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with vehicle service needs
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services
Prepare accurate repair estimates and service timelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Utilize CRM and dealership software to document customer interactions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and retention
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Experience using CRM software and technology platforms preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
