What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the trusted liaison between our customers and service team by:
Building lasting customer relationships through exceptional service experiences
Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service needs
Presenting maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
Communicating with technicians to ensure efficient repair processes
Providing timely updates and follow-up throughout the service visit
Ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their service experience
Consistently meeting performance and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience required
Automotive service advising or automotive sales experience preferred
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
Ability to effectively guide customers through the service process
Experience using CRM software and dealership technology platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated professional with a positive attitude and growth mindset
