What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary liaison between customers and our service department by:

Greeting customers and creating an exceptional service experience
Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service needs
Presenting maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
Providing estimates, repair timelines, and service updates
Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
Building long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
Managing repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
Consistently delivering outstanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

Previous customer service experience
Proven ability to deliver a superior customer experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to guide customers successfully through the service process
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Previous Service Advisor experience
Automotive sales or service experience
CRM software experience
Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
