Puente Hills Toyota is looking for experienced Service Advisors and Express Service Advisors to join our high-volume Service Department!

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally while providing an excellent service experience
Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
Listen to customers and clearly document their vehicle concerns and requested services
Review recommended maintenance and repair needs with customers
Establish expectations and appropriate follow-up times
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service process
Keep customers informed with timely and consistent updates
Communicate effectively with technicians and other members of the Service team
Review completed repairs, services, and charges with customers
Build strong customer relationships and promote long-term customer satisfaction
QualificationsQualifications
2+ years of Service Advisor experience
Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
