Servers/Waitstaff (mornings and evenings)

Hidden Springs of McKinney is an exciting, new senior living community in McKinney, TX, just north of Dallas. Offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, Hidden Springs delivers a personalized and uplifting experience to everyone who lives here.

We are looking for a friendly, smiling Server to join our dining team! Our residents look forward to meal times as a highlight of their day, and this role features a dynamic, rotating mix of day and evening shifts and weekday/ weekends (covering breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner) rather than a fixed weekly routine.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Kitchen prep work; stocking
• Setting tables
• Taking orders table-side
• Serving meals
• Bussing tables and cleaning dining room
• Cleaning kitchen/dining room and miscellaneous duties like stocking
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior food service experience
• Flexibility: willingness to accommodate change
• Excellent “people skills”, warm, patient, and hospitality- focused personality
• Dependability
• Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) sanitation and food handling regulations

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Both part-time and full-time needed
• All staff work rotating weekends and holidays
