Queen Maeve Bar & Restaurant NYC is seeking experienced, polished, and service-driven Server's Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role combining support service and guest-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale environment.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do:

Support servers in delivering seamless, attentive service

Run food efficiently and accurately from kitchen to table

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room

Reset tables quickly and to high standards

Assist with guest needs in a warm, professional manner

Anticipate service flow and respond proactively during busy periods

Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy, high-end restaurant

Strong understanding of service flow and hospitality standards

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor

Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends

Food Handler's Certification and other relevant certifications are a plus
