We’re looking for a Server who takes pride in delivering attentive, efficient service while creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will manage the full dining experience for guests, from taking orders to delivering food and ensuring satisfaction throughout service.

Key areas of focus include:

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the system
Delivering orders in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation
Providing menu knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations
Monitoring guest experience and addressing concerns promptly
Managing payments and completing opening and closing side work

This is a role for someone who personable, quick on their feet, and able to stay organized while delivering consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in customer service or a fast-paced hospitality environment, with the ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and provide attentive service. You’re comfortable handling transactions, working independently, and maintaining accuracy under pressure. You bring a positive attitude, professional presence, and a team-first mindset, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
