At our bars we deliver unforgettable moments in the heart of San Diego’s iconic Gaslamp Quarter. As a Server at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, you’ll create a VIP experience for every guest with exceptional service, confidence, and charm. 

🎸 Your Mission 

As a server, you’ll own your section like a pro, delivering signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time. 

🎤 What You’ll Do 

✅ Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism 
✅ Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair 
✅ Connect with guests while managing high-volume service 
✅ Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service 
✅ Collaborate with bartenders and barbacks to keep service flowing  

💎 You’re a Great Fit If You… 

✨ Have 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue 
✨ Can work a packed venue and still make every guest feel seen 
✨ Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends 
✨ Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift 
✨ Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays
