About the Role: The Restaurant Server plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, personalized service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position requires taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The Server will maintain a clean and organized dining area while adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves processing payments accurately, communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the establishment's commitment to quality service. Ultimately, the Restaurant Server contributes significantly to guest loyalty, overall satisfaction, and the restaurant's reputation for excellence. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Server or in a guest-facing hospitality role, preferably in a full-service or fine dining environment.
• Ability to work efficiently while standing and walking for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to carry food trays, transport service items safely, and perform physical job duties as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent service operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and beverage pairings.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processing procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively during peak service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Process cash and electronic payments accurately and complete end-of-shift transactions as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting tables and completing opening and closing side work duties.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
