Server | Part Time - $250 Sign On Bonus

Title: Server Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) + sign-on bonus and perks! Job Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly Schedule & Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM, hours subject to availability; Regular availability for at least two shifts. No formal serving experience is required – we're happy to train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing warm, attentive service, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents. 

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, positive dining experience for residents and guests
• Provide gracious, courteous, and attentive table service
• Take orders, deliver meals, and respond to resident requests with care
• Answer menu-related questions confidently (training provided)
• Set tables and maintain workstations in an organized, clean manner
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
• Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, hospitality-focused attitude
• Must be 16 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn – serving experience is preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Availability to work Friday evenings (required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 100% of the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and balance throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 50 lbs.
