Pay $16 - $18 per hour depending upon shift ($1 shift differential on weekends!)

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for hospitality focused Severs to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.    In addition to a great working environment, we offer free meals, free parking, annual holiday bonus, and scholarships.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Servers ensure our residents have an extraordinary dining experience by being attentive, anticipating their needs, and being genuinely interested in them.
• If you do not have fine dining experience, we will provide education to allow you to using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Desire to work with seniors and provide exceptional service.
• Experience in food service work preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 17 years of age.
