Our wait staff are responsible for the accuracy of all food/ drink orders, and will ensure that customers have a positive dining experience. The server must hustle, work well under pressure and, above all, be a friendly face to both regular and new patrons. We're looking for individuals who can keep up with a fast-paced and fun environment, but who also understand the importance of quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the set-up of the wait station and the cleanliness of its surrounding areas.
- Prepare for and facilitate the transitioning of shifts.
- Open and close the in accordance with company protocol.
- Know the definitions of all menu items, their characteristics and preparations, and be able to communicate their attributes to customers.
- Be familiar with health codes, recipes, and preparation; be able to answer questions from customers about content, flavors, and preparation.
